Jenny Galluzzo is a former broadcast journalist who co-founded the Second Shift after she had her first child to help women stay in the workplace by matching them with more flexible job opportunities.
As women and mothers reevaluate their own professional paths in the wake of the pandemic, Galluzzo will share her own journey. She’ll offer her own insights into what the marketplace is like for women who have been forced to scale back or step out of the workforce. We’ll also discuss how to evaluate work opportunities and market ourselves to potential employers and what “flexibility” means in a work-from-home culture.
